（二）UPLC儀器及層析管柱

Agilent 1200 Infinity Series UPLC: 1290 DAD, 1290 TCC, 1290 Sampler, 1290 Thermostat, 1290 Bin Pump，層析管柱Agilent, EC-C18 Plus Column (50 x 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)

三、實驗藥品及試劑來源

（一）試劑

甲醇(99.9%)購自於Mallinckrodt Baker. Inc.；Formic acid (98-100%)購自於Merck；Phosphoric acid (85%)購自於Tedia；乙腈(99.9%)和乙醇(95%)皆購自於景明化工。

（二）標準品

槐角苷(Sophoricoside)自行分離製備，純度在98%以上。
